They do holidays too. And not just any old holidays either: BA takes great pride in crafting holiday packages that are unforgettable.
To convince potential holiday bookers to go with BA during the competitive January Sales period,
we brought the unforgettable to life —  in a way no photo could —
by turning one happy customer's enduring holiday memory into a work of art.

We followed up this social film with posts showcasing some of the destinations on offer.
The images used in these posts were all snaps taken by real BA holiday customers on location at that destination, capturing the holiday vibe.

To highlight the sheer breadth of destinations people could jet off to, we also created an emoji-based destination generator, where users could input 3 emojis to get a suggestion for a destination.

Users who interacted with these assets were re-targeted with carousels, which again used actual user-generated images from the specific hotels and destinations on offer, to illustrate the unique experiences that our four different audience segments could enjoy on their own unforgettable BA holiday.
